Newly renovated home with luxury amenities located in the center of Troutman but secluded in woods. Large 3 acre property including a 3/4 acre small stocked pond to be able to fish! House has been fully renovated w/ brand new flooring, cabinets, beds & more. We pride ourselves in using very comfortable beds, pillows, sheets & towels. We stock home w/ as many luxuries as possible to blow away any 5 star hotel. 2 Roku TV's, 6 beds (2 queen & 4 twin beds) that sleep 8. Washer/Dryer, fully stocked kitchen, 200 mb internet. A beautiful small pond next door was completed and fishing is allowed for guests only. 2 Nice-size bedrooms & Living Room with 2 Daybeds w/ trundles.
