Villa Gatine is one of our bungalows. Detached, fully ground floor, 120 m2 large and tastefull and spacious furnished. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is an ideal accommodation for a wonderful stay with family or friends. It is one of the houses of the small villapark of Grand Aveneau - a cozy park in Vasles, a few minutes' walk from the Golf Course of Les Forges. During your stay you can enjoy the playground, the sports facilities and the communal swimming pool. The entrance hall brings you to the spacious living room with fireplace. The large open kitchen is equipped with all appliances, such as a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven. Next to the kitchen you will find the utility room, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. The living room is light and spacious. It is a nice place to be. At the large table you can enjoy delicious meals and good conversations. You can use the sofa to relax. There are three bedrooms in this house, all on the ground floor. The master bedroom has its own bathroom ensuite, with bath, toilet and double sink. The other two bedrooms share the bathroom with shower in the hallway. There is also a separate toilet. Outside this house is just as pleasant as inside. The house is surrounded by a large garden. Because of the large covered terrace you can always sit outside. And when you feel like sunbading you can lie use the two sunbeds! The whole house and garden are yours during your stay. You can park your car on the driveway of the Villa during your stay. You are completely independent, but if you need a chat, advice or help: you can call us and we will be there in a bit. Our houses are located in Vasles- 'le mouton village' and Les Forges, known for its enormous 27-hole golf course. Here, on the border of Deux Sèvrès and the Vienne, you will find the real France, with its beautiful landscape, rustic villages, brocantes and original restaurant. Here, you may still have to wait for a flock of sheep to cross the road, or you may just see birds of prey, deer or wild boar. There are numerous excursions and activities to undertake. The gently undulating landscape can be explored on foot or by bike. You can enjoy old cities like Poitiers, Parthenay and Niort, take a trip to the Marais, go horseback riding, visit the Roman Ruins of Sanxay, take the kids to the world famous Futuroscope. Golfers will enjoy the 27-hole golf course of Les Forges, which is located a few minutes from your house. There are even children's clinics here. And even a day at the beach is possible: after a beautiful drive of just over an hour, you will find your feet in the water at the Atlantic coast near La Rochelle. So there is plenty of choice: In your villa you will find extensive information about all possible excursions in the area, as well as cycling and walking routes. To fully appreciate the beauty of the region, we advice you to come by car. Cleaning costs included, this includes: - linen - towels - final cleaning - toilet paper - soaps
