Welcome to the PILI Estate, the vacation home you were looking for! An ideal accommodation for families or friends! It's a historic villa in the town of Uta, surrounded by a huge garden, lying a short distance from the splendid Sardinian beaches. The Villa lies on one single floor with four big rooms, each furnished with wide and bright french doors, curtains, wardrobes, chest of drawers, chairs, fan, new mattresses and every other comfort. Each room is also fitted with a built-in safe in case you need it. The property comprises eight fixed-beds (two double bedrooms, one with due singles beds and one with one king mattress, and one single room), but the bed number can be raised to another four units (on demand), using the sofa-bed and the two armchairs in the living room. The total thus gets to 12 units. The three bigger rooms can also be fitted with small beds for kids or cribs (on demand). The villa also offers an internal kitchen, furnished with fridge, microwave, stoves, oven, dishwasher and other small appliances. Two wide toilets, one for disabled people, complete the whole structure. All rooms face the garden, through a nice portico surrounding the villa, in the middle of wonderful rows of orange trees and tangerines. The wide living room allows to cosily dine in company inside, while during the nice summer evenings guests can move outside next to the barbeque, the fireplace or the external kitchen to enjoy the nightly breeze and if you are lucky you could even spot the flight of the little hawks nesting on the near trees. The property also comprises wide parking spaces, which can be used in total security both for cars and motorbikes. The Villa is sited in Uta, 15 minutes away by car from Elmas Airport and within short reach from the gorgeous sardinian beaches. The property lies next to the natural WWF reserve of Monte Arcosu and within one hour radius from rich monuments such as the nuraghic villages, testifying to the presence of ancient civilisations around the area. Perfectly connected to the highway and the road network, the Villa will provide a fabulous residence for your holidays, whether you are in search of the Sardinian wonders, or just trying to enjoy a relaxing peace amidst the green.
