A fishing permit on the Peniarth Estate is included, you need to bring your own equipment. Due to the close location to sheep, NO dogs are allowed. There is a reasonable mobile signal. Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £399 applies to every booking. Where a 1-week minimum applies, our changeover day is FRIDAY. The prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of electric & gas. Quality bedding & towels are provided. The property comfortably sleeps 4 people MAX. We have a cot & high chair if needed. We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We will ask for a £250 security deposit, which is refundable provided there are no breakages or damage to the hot tub or van.
