double room in a house, garden, breakfast included

Double bed in a private room, inside new house. Small garden with flowers where you can have a rest. Breakfast included (so you can taste the homemade marmelade !) Light and very quiet room, due west, upstairs. Storage closed + small work desk. Access to the bathroom (shared) and toilet (reserved for the guests). Ground floor, access to the kitchen (shared) and the garden with terrace.. The house is closed to the center of La Mézière (15km far from Rennes on the north way). Bus station at 5mn feet from the house and you need 15mn with car to go to Rennes and 40mn to go to StMalo.) Free parking in front of the house. I know very well the region and would be able to help us during your stay. Quiet place between town and country. All convenience in the town center. In 2 mn with car, you can reach a big commercial area with shops, cinema and restaurants. The bus from Rennes (métro station Anatole France) to La Mézière is Illenoo- ligne 15. Every day except sunday till 19h30 pm. The bus stop is 5mn walk far from the house. By car, you need 10 mn to drive from north Rennes to La Mézière, through the highway to St Malo. You can park free in front of the house. No TV in the house. You can smoke only downstairs, with open window, or in the garden. 2 cats live in the house, so you have to think to close your roomdoor.
