Charming little cabin with all you need

Own cabin w/kitchen & bathroom. It's detached from the main house with private entrance & off street parking It's new, light, fresh decor and very warm. There's Sky TV, clean bedding & towels + tea, coffee, milk, shampoo etc Comes with a lil continental breakfast 5 min drive to east coast bays beaches & browns bay town You're welcome to use the courtyard and bbq. 3 adults live in the main house as well as a rescue greyhound Pets are negotiable & there might be an E-Bike if we like you :-) Our home and your space is located down a very quiet right of way and long drive Way. There is a lively stream behind the property complete with ducks and their young and even the odd eel our grandson loves to try catch. Beautiful birdsong can be heard as we're surrounded by lush greenery. Our garden is fenced and our precious greyhound can be separated if dogs aren't quite your thing. You're have your own key and access to your cabin is completely separate from the main house. You have a carport you can park your car in too. You're welcome to use our paved backyard, garden and bbq area. You're welcome to call text or email me any questions or anything you might be wondering. There will be one of us onsite most of the time also so you can also just walk on over to the main home and give us a wave. Please note: We're oldies...and we're still learning this technology thing so we may just take a little longer than most of you millenials :) It's quiet. It's like gated community living without the gate. Our street is only 5 minutes from the main town of Browns Bay and the same to the infamous beaches of East Coast Bays. Own car of course is the fastest and probably the most convenient but there are bus stops just up the road and I've heard even the odd Uber comes around here. As mentioned in the main add - if we like you and you fancy a very fun thrill ride... you could go for a joyful, very fast (50km!!!) Ride on the E Bike The resident man goes on down to one the surrounding beautiful beaches like Waieke, Long Bay or Browns Bay - everyday like clockwork to walk our greyhound. You're welcome to tag along and dip you legs in the sea. If you just want an easy stay with not much effort there are so many local and very good eateries, pubs and takeaways in the area. Even though we don't do anything spicy our kids are in the know.
