Other features include a large modern kitchen incorporating quality appliances, dishwasher, puratap and loads of bench and cupboard space, bar area with fridge, indoor and outdoor dining for eight, continuous temperature controlled gas hot water in bathrooms and ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout the home. Three LCD TVs with DVD players, a music system and an eclectic selection of books and games provides numerous entertainment options.
