Beach and Ranges -Beautiful New Oakura Home

Newly built cosy home in the heart of Oakura Village. Enjoy a 5 minute walk though a scenic reserve to get to Oakura beach, playground, skate park & Blacksand Pizzeria. Its amazing. Great indoor/outdoor flow through out the home, open up the bi folds and feel connected to the tropical garden and large grassed backyard with a stream and views through the farmland to the Kaitaki ranges. This is our family home, but we are open to renting it longer term (i.e.Green School) if we can coordinate. There are 3 bedrooms in the house and a rumpus room with a table tennis set up and kids toys (single garage that's insulated, double glazed and finished off with plywood walls and garage carpet) (pictured opposite car port). Bedroom one is the master bed with king bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom two has a trundle king single bed that can become two singles or a king, so we can set up for you how you request. Beds are comfortable! Childs room can accommodate one or two children as there is a single trundle bed. Rumpus Room has table tennis and king bed. Another note is that we have a cat named Paul, he doesn't require much other than making sure there is food in his bowl and some attention if your inclined. Entire house You will have the house to yourself and we will be contactable by phone or email. We will have a neighbour available should you need help with something. We may be staying close by and can come around to show you around :-) Oakura is a quaint and friendly sea side village that goes off in the summer due to having such a lovely beach. Good surf, close to Mt Taranaki for tramping, Mtn biking, the Village has a 4 Square, Petrol station, Pharmacy, few cafes, take aways and restaurants. Oakura is a 15 minute drive into the heart of New Plymouth. Blacksands Pizzeria is fully licensed and has waterfront dining and authentic Italian food. It is a lovely 5 minute walk through scenic reserve from our place. 2 scenic reserves in Oakura Village for walks, Bus that goes to town (Unsure of schedule but could assist if needed). Oakura is a 15 minute drive into the heart of New Plymouth and the beautiful & beloved Pukekura Park which has the famous lights in the park over the new years time with free music. Cruiser bike with childs seat/front basket and 2 mountain bikes available for use. A few surfboards available to use.
