Shepparton city is central to the Goulburn River Valley, hosting many events but also close to the Murray River enclaves of Echuca Moama, and nearby Kyabram. The house has three separate bedrooms, lounge, bathroom with toilet & shower, laundry with shower, extra toilet outside, outdoor yard with entertaining and BBQ area.
