This stylish, modern 3-bedroomed house is situated in Redhills, a quiet residential area west of the River Exe. It is a perfect base for exploring the city centre (with its monuments and world-class shopping), Devon's beautiful countryside, and Cornwall's stunning coastlines. Exeter St David's (the city's main railway station), the Quay, and Exeter University are all easily-accessible. The property is on a main bus route. There is parking on the driveway. My home has a modern, spacious feel with plenty of home comforts. The main room is a very spacious, bright, open plan area with dual aspect. It boasts a fully fitted modern kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine, with an island area for dining. A 43-inch Ultra-HD Smart TV (with Netflix included) allows guests to watch their favourite films and TV series. Plus I have now installed a 100" cinema screen and projector so you can enjoy your favourite DVDs on the big screen! Leading on from the kitchen area, there are french doors leading to a spacious decked area with outdoor dining table and chairs. An open staircase leads you upstairs to the 3 cosy bedrooms and a beautiful modern bathroom. There is a trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is parking available for one car on the driveway, and there is generally plenty of free spaces available on the road itself. My aim in furnishing the house was to offer the luxuries of a hotel combined with the comforts of your own home. Please note that this is a quiet residential area and as such is not suitable for late night parties/noise. Quiet times are between 11pm and 6am. Please ensure that you keep to this as my neighbours are lovely, and I do not want to upset them. Any excessive noise or unsuitable behaviour late at night will be reported to the authorities straightaway.
