This 1886 Gold Country home sits proud on the Divide rich with history. We are the caretakers of this gorgeous recently renovated home in the Mountains of the Tahoe National in Foresthill. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 unique bathrooms. This property is located on the Western States Trail and is surrounded with trails, history, adventures, and views. Wether your looking to get away to the mountains or train on the trails, this area has something for everyone to do. Stay where you play! The master bedroom is upstairs and features a plush king bed with a incredible view towards the Sacramento Valley. The master bath has a double crafted vanity and a large stone floor shower with rusty corrugated tin walls. The toilet has a separate area in the bathroom. The east facing bedroom has a queen bed nested in a bed frame made by a local craftsman of rustic timber. The west facing bedroom has a full size bed and closet. The original floors have been refinished and the beadboard ceiling exposed. The downstairs bathrooms are a jack and jill type-they share a beautiful shower. The large 9'x12' deck is perfect to bbq and relax with friends and family and a great spot to watch the sunset.
