This apartment is ideally positioned at the Refuges des Outalays, a small complex of buildings located less than 50m from the ski slopes with ideal access to the Charmieux chairlift (one of the main meeting places of the ESF / kindergarten) and about 20 minutes walk from the main shopping street in the village of Chinaillon. With its two bedrooms, this 45m2 apartment can accommodate up to four people. Two additional people can be accommodated if necessary (sofa bed in the living room). The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, including a King size. A shower room equipped with a washer / dryer and a separate toilet is located in the at the entrance. The kitchen open to the living room and the dining room is fully equipped (ceramic hob, dishwasher, crockery etc.). The living room is bright and very comfortable, it gives access to the south-facing balcony which offers a lovely unobstructed view of the slopes and the mountains. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with DVD player, a HIFI system with CD player including connections for MP3 player etc. WIFI access is available on request at an additional cost. The price includes household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End-of-stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc ...) Baby cots and high chairs are at your disposal, do not hesitate to ask us beforehand. Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: Menage-Chalet cost: 105 €.
