Upper Colobus - beach front property

Beach front, garden, coral rag forest, 3.5 acre family plot. Well equipped, traditional furniture, beautiful balcony and huge roof terrace. We have lots of squirrels, bush babies, monkeys, tortoise, hedgehogs, monitor lizards, a few very friendly dogs, chickens and ducks. Close to all amenities, beach bars/restaurants, shops, banks, scuba diving, snorkelling trips, golf and an excellent massage lady who will come to the house Beautiful, private family beach plot, surrounded by huge trees in our coral rag forest and garden. The apartment comprises two ensuite bedrooms, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchen, large patio and huge roof terrace, shaded by our beautiful indigenous trees. Original coastal furniture and artwork. It has it's own entrance steps. Air conditioning in bedrooms (providing there is not a power cut) overhead fans and stand fans in all areas, security, maid service, cotton sheets, towels, beach beds, wifi. The guest house is slightly back from our house, overlooking the swimming pool. We have beach beds and deck chairs which are easily moveable if you wish to enjoy just relaxing under a coconut tree and observing the beach! The beach is right outside our garden. We have beach bars and restaurants nearby. You can ride a camel, snorkel, deep sea fish, kite surf, windsurf, take a glass bottom boat to the reef or a traditional wooden boat. The banks, hospitals, shops and golf course are very close. The Shimba Hills game park is approx 40 mins drive away and elephant etc can be spotted here. The appartment has it's own entrance. We live on the plot so we are normally here to help out in any way we can. There are always staff on the plot as well. Diani is a coastal town with a wonderful laid back atmosphere. The beach has been rated best in Africa for seven years in a row due to it's endless white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and coconut-palm fringed shoreline. Getting around is very easy. There are plenty of tuktuks and taxis that drive up and down the single road. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, banks and hospitals. We are located just 10 minutes from the Ukunda airstrip. There are taxis, motor bikes, mini vans and Tuk tuks. We normally use the same taxi company. Lots of shops, banks etc a few minutes away. We have some snorkels and goggles which you are welcome to use. A few friendly Jack Russell dogs, guinea fowl, tortoise etc ! We can organize seafood delivered to your door. We have an excellent massage lady who will come by arrangement. Scuba diving, kite surfing, and other beach activities are are close by. We can organize trips to the nearby game parks etc ... There is also an excellent chef who can be hired by the meal or the day at a nominal price!
