Hosts live nearby and are available by calls/texts and visits or advice about the area as desired by guests. Our riverfront cottage offers a quiet, peaceful retreat conveniently located just minutes from I 64 and downtown Huntington and Marshall University. Easy access by car to downtown Huntington. Turn left out of driveway and it is a straight shot to downtown, Pullman Square, Mountain Health Arena and Marshall University. (Approximately 10 minutes) The property is 15-20 minutes from Barboursville & Milton areas. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway; however, we ask that you leave one space available for guests staying in our other listing next door (on same property.)
