A spacious and full-of-character Victorian apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and private parking in our courtyard, located opposite Leeds General Infirmary and Leeds University. It is a 7 to 10 minute walk to the City Centre, shops, pubs, restaurants and nightlife. 15 min walk to First Direct Arena and several mins by car/ taxi to Headingley Sports Ground and the football at Elland Road. Leeds Bradford International Airport is 20 mins by car. This is a beautiful and very spacious apartment with high ceilings and real oak flooring. It has large windows, lots of natural light and is over 1100 sq ft in size. The main bathroom has a bathtub with shower. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and shower. There is a double bed in each bedroom and a large comfortable couch in the lounge. There is also a sofa bed in the main bedroom. Sky broadband and TV is installed. The whole apartment is accessible, including the private courtyard parking at the side of the building. Parking is clearly marked for Flat 2 and you may park in an unmarked space if our space is taken. The keys are accessed from a lock box on-site and details will be provided before you arrive. We may not be able to meet you, as we are often out of town, but Karla our helper will be available if required. We are contactable by phone at all times. The City Centre is a 7 minute walk and too many things to list here to do and places to see. The LGI Hospital and Leeds University are across the street. There is a small convenience store in Kendal Lane, just behind the apartment which is open from early morning to late evening. There is a bus stop about 50 m away that will take you to most places. Leeds train station is a 10 minute walk and the airport is 20 mins by taxi and 30 mins by bus. The taxi fare from the airport is £20. The bus fare is £3.60. UBER is widely available. This apartment is in an old Victorian building and it sits raised from ground level with a short steps access from street level in Clarendon Road or Kendal Lane. As you enter the main large communal door, the apartment, no 2, is directly in front. Bookings once confirmed will be honoured. If a guest has not confirmed (only pre-booked) a booking, I reserve the right to offer it to another confirming guest.
