Serifos Dream house 2 near the sea Ganema

Summer house for 4-5 persons with breathtaking sea view, 4 mins walk from Ganema bay in Serifos island Cyclades Greece. This is House 2 of the two 65sq.m. dreamy stone made summerhouses with olive green woodwork, in the magnificent (and awarded) sandy bay of Ganema, in Serifos island.They are next to each other, can be separately rented or both together by two groups or families. Both are located just 350m away from the beach, in a complex of 5 houses built in 2010, local architectural line. Facing the sea it is an ideal place to stay and enjoy the magic of Greek waters, sun and meltemi wind. In both houses a big bamboo roofed balcony has all the great view, where you can dine or relax on a long chair or a swing and enjoy the sea view in the morning, the romantic sunset in the afternoon and the star bright moonlit sky at night. Accommodation: Each house has two bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm) each, two bathrooms and may comfortably host four persons. House 1 has a sofa bed in the salon which can sleep another 2 persons( total 6). House 2 can host a fifth person on a built single bed in one of the bedrooms (total 5). The bedrooms following traditional architectural forms are at the lowest level of the house have rather small windows so they stay cool almost during the whole summer. All our mattresses are anatomic bodyflex 25cm thick. On the upper floor, a salon with a sofa facing the sea, next to the equipped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms with shower one in each flooor of the house. A dishwasher, a washing machine, wifi, tv, dvd-cd player, toaster, coffee and espresso maker, a bbq and air conditioning complete the utilities of both houses. The houses are available April-October for seasonal or weekly stay.
