Beautiful and spacious fully equipped town-house with dreamy sea views. When our guests arrive at our accommodation for the first time, they are delighted by the place, it looks like the photos. The house has a ground floor, first floor and second floor, on the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, the kitchen, a toilet and another bedroom available in case more people come. On the first floor you will find a bathroom with a shower tray and two single beds, on the second floor you will have another bathroom with a shower tray and a King Size double bed and a cosy terrace. Both floors have fantastic views of the sea and each floor has independent air conditioning and a state-of-the-art SmartTv television, allowing families and friends of up to 5 members to enjoy our accommodation to the fullest, and if you bring a baby, don't worry, we can bring you a cot and a highchair under request. The House also has an area to store the car, patio to eat or be outside enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. Nowadays, being connected to the network is essential, so the apartment has its own WIFI Internet supplied with fiber optics, so you can share with your family your experiences in the beautiful destination of the Costa del Sol, download a movie, video chat or play your favourite video game online. Its privileged and quiet location not only allows you to disconnect on our terrace and take long walks along the shore or along the promenade, but you will also find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy a few meters away. If you come by car, do not miss the opportunity to visit the region of Andalusia, from the central location of Rincon de la Victoria allows you to visit the most famous sites in our region.
