It's a short drive to the surrounding forests & mountains, a scenic drive to the Millenium coastline, and a 5 min trip to the historic sites surrounding Llandeilo and the river Tywi. You enter the mews via Carmarthen St and pass through the archway into the courtyard of the cottage. Heading into Y Cwtsh, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining and living area. The kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay; rustle up a hearty supper or relaxed breakfast and enjoy your meal around the dining table together or your morning coffee in the courtyard. The living space has a cosy lounge for relaxed nights in with a good book or your favourite Netflix box-set. There's plenty of room for working on a laptop if you need to stay connected during your visit with Wi-Fi (16mbps) throughout. At the top of the stairs is the spacious and modern bathroom with a full-size bath and over-bath shower. Luxury Temple Spa toiletries and towels are provided for use during your stay. Across the sky-lit landing, you will find the master bedroom with original beams and a luxury kingsize bed. Next door, the second bedroom is a comfy double. The beds include luxurious hotel-style linen and pillows for a relaxing nights sleep or lie-in. Both bedrooms have plenty of space for clothes storage. The outdoor seating and courtyard are for the sole use of Y Cwtsh guests. Free on-street parking is available at the top of Carmarthen St, 100 yards from the cottage. There's plenty to be explored by bike and on foot and Y Cwtsh is a 12-minute walk from Llandeilo train station which is on the Heart of Wales line, a spectacular rural railway that runs from Swansea to Shrewsbury. The courtyard area is for the private use of Y Cwtsh guests, however, it does provide access to the other properties in the mews. The bottom of Carmarthen St is currently closed to traffic.
