Modern house in idyllic Charlestown

Modern, clean and fresh 3 bedroomed house, within walking distance to the beautiful harbour of Charlestown, with several bars and restaurants, and only a short drive to a long coastline of sandy beaches within St Austell Bay. The house has an enclosed garden and parking for two vehicles on the driveway. It would be ideal for couples or families and well behaved dogs are welcome. If guests request toys, books and DVD's for children then I am very happy to provide a selection. There is one master bedroom at the front of the house and two smaller rooms, one is a box room. There is also a sofa bed downstairs which may suit an extra child for a big family, but I only advertise for 5 people, as many more than that and the house would feel crowded.
