The villa is a complex of 2 independent holiday homes, that are refined and well maintained and equipped with all the main accessories needed. The garden is shared with the apartment on the first floor but there’s a private access to the beach. The apartment can host up to 7 people. Pets are not allowed.    A holiday in an apartment on the beach of Porto Cesareo to relax and have fun     The villa has a large courtyard with garden, that is shared with the apartment on the ground floor. It is furnished with a table, chairs and sofas that will make enjoy your stay and create relaxing moments with a stunning sea view. For occasional showers during the day you can use the external shower outside. The apartment on the first floor can be reached through an external staircase in the garden that leads to a lovely furnished veranda.  The entrance of the apartment has a large window, that isn’t just stunning but also convenient and functional. The living area consists of a large living room with dining room and leads to a super-equipped open kitchen with a view.   The sleeping area has 3bedrooms. The first a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The second double bedroom shares the bathroom with shower with the third bedroom that has a sofa bed suitable for 2 persons.    The surroundings of villa    Villa is located on the beach of Porto Cesareo, in the south of one of the most famous destinations of Salento for the summer holidays. The villa is built on 2 levels, modern and furnished with taste so it creates a welcoming vibe. There`s no private parking space but you can park in font of the villa. The most famous beach is just a few steps from the villa. The center is just about 200 meters away and can be reached on foot. The long beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo are easily reachable in a few minutes by car, or by public transport during the summer. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.                                                                                          - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen is on request at euro 15 per person per week (linen and towels). - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Shared external area and private access to the sea.
