Amazing location next to large park with boating lake & cafe, only a short walk (few mins) from bus stops to city centre (a ten min drive), short walk to independent cafes, fast food (Subway, McDonalds), supermarkets (Asda/Lidl/Iceland), leisure centre (pool/sauna/gym), solar powered library/college, the local hospital is a 5 min drive away (great for contractors!). The Etihad stadium for concerts/football only a 5 min drive away and the M60 is just up the road too...Perfect! No party animals or late night clubbers please. Vegan/Veggie friendly. Note: price is based on two sharing the larger bed/bedroom. There is also a fold up bed available in the same room and/or sofa bed downstairs.
