Ideally located on the middle ridge of a panoramic hill descending into the Iseo lake, the Residence Ca' laRipa provides a breathtaking view over the surrounding area. The apartment is part of a renovated old family house dating 1791. CIR: 016200-CNI-00005 The Residence Ca' laRipa is part of an old complex dating 1791. The apartment, overlooking the Iseo lake, has been realized following a renovation of the main "casa", with the goal of providing modern accommodation standards whilst preserving the original style and furniture of the house. The apartment is an elegant and functional mix of modern and antique forniture, and it consists of: - Two full-sized modern bathrooms, inclusive of a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, and a hair-dryer; - Two large bedrooms with king-size beds; - One living room inclusive of a kitchen corner (with one sink, four electric stoves, one fridge, a small freezer, one micro-wave oven, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.), a sofa-bed for one person, and a table with chairs. The washing and the drying machines are in a separate laundry room and are at full disposal of the guests. TV and Wi-Fi are included. Common spaces include a vaste lawn and a terrace-solarium with a splendid view over the lake, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation. In the same Residence you can also find "Residenza PANORAMA". The two apartments can be combined to accomodate up to 9 people. Cars, motorcycles, and bikes are safely stored inside the residence, and parking is covered. We will be more than happy to provide you with all information regarding the area and the surrounding! The apartment, the common laundry room, the vaste lawn and the terrace-solarium are at the full disposal of the guests. We lodge next to the main house for most of the time. One of the highlights of lake Iseo is Montisola, the largest lake island in Europe. The highly naturalistic area also allows for sport and leisure activities, such as horse riding, mountain-biking, sailing, kayaking, to mention a few. In addition, cultural and historical towns such as Lovere and Sarnico provide you with a large offer of concerts, shopping, swimming-pools, and restaurants. Finally, the Camonica valley will amaze you with its rock carvings from the stone-age, and its mountains which offer several opportunities for hiking or skiing all year long. Residence Ca' laRipa is located in the medieval town of Solto Collina. Two cafes, a bakery, a grocery store and a supermarket can be easily reached by foot. The public bus stop is 300-meter away.
