Beachside serenity, bayside bliss.

Not just a bedroom, my space is more like an apartment. With its own entrance, it offers a separate and private upstairs living area comprising a large, light and airy lounge adjoining a good sized bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. The walk-through Butlers Pantry provides access to the ensuite bathroom. Outside is a secluded garden and the beach is only a short walk away. Catering for couples, young families, corporate travellers or leisure guests you will get to enjoy our beach side lifestyle. For a day at the beach, I can provide towels, chairs, sun shelter and esky. Afterwards, use the hot and cold outdoor shower to refresh. For those guests with an infant, I can provide a cot and a high chair, on request. Entering through the garden gate, you will have your own private access to the house at the rear. Wifi is unlimited. Laundry facilities are readily accessible. After welcoming on arrival, keys will be given and detailed information supplied, then I will leave you to enjoy your own space and privacy. However, I will be available to give assistance or advice, particularly if you are passionate about wine and golf like I am. Except for those hot summer days, the street is quiet and the neighbours friendly. The beach has clean white sand, clear water and safe swimming. Enjoy beach, river or wetland walks or stroll to one of the many coffee shops and cafes on the highway. Eating out is easy, with several quality local restaurants, bistros, pubs and trattoria providing a wide variety of popular cuisines. Bonbeach is about midway between the city and the Mornington Peninsula. It’s an easy 45 minute drive to its wineries, golf courses, beaches and beautiful landscapes. By car: located off Nepean Hwy, accessible via Eastlink Freeway or Peninsula Link. From airport: Peninsula Sky Bus is currently suspended while the rail system is being improved. Instead, you can catch the City Skybus from T2 or T4 atTullamarine (buy tix direct) to Southern Cross Station. From there, catch a Frankston line train to Bonbeach Then take a 10 minute walk north along Nepean highway until you reach my street. By train- easiest way to get to the city or MCG. Bonbeach is on the Frankston line. Service every 10 minutes. Myki card automated ticketing required. You might see me occasionally in the only shared space at the bottom of the stairs if I am using my bathroom or study or getting a bottle of wine!
