Lovely 1 bedroom flat - Roseville/Chatswood

I am providing you a modern and cosy guest house in Roseville and Chatswood. There's easy access to transport with a 5-6 minute walk to the Roseville train station and a 12 minute walk to Chatswood. We can fit a maximum of 2-3 people in the house with one bedroom and a sofa bed. We will not allow you to park on our property however, there is an abundant amount of space to park on the street. • A newly built house with high-quality accomodation. • A furnished bedroom with a queen bed that has a comfortable mattress. There is a big wardrobe installed in the room that provides enough clothe storage and there is a desk if needed. • A living room that has a smart TV that can provide you with different channels of entertainment and a sofa that can be extended into a single king bed for another guest. • A bathroom that is made out of marble tiles with a heated towel rail installed. There is a work in shower and a combination of a washing machine and dryer for your clothing. • A full kitchen that has an electrical cooktop, microwave with a grill, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is a lot of storage for your food and we are also providing cutlery and crockery if you need it. • A small circular dining table with four chairs. • There is a heater and air conditioner installed in the house. Check in yourself in with the lockbox •Self check in after 2pm, check out by 11am •Private access and lockable •Guest house located in back of house •The main house is not accessible to guests We are happy to chat, show you around and recommend places and restaurants to visit while you are staying but if you prefer to look around yourself, that will be fine with us. • The house is positioned on a very calm and quiet street. • Around 900m of walking distance to the Chatswood shopping mall, cafe, restaurants and train station. • Takes 5 minutes to go to the local Roseville village and train station. • Takes 15-20 minutes to drive to the CBD. • Close to the Northern Beaches and situated in the upper North Shore. • A 12 minute walk to Chatswood if you want to go eat at a restaurant or shop in the shopping malls in Chatswood • 5-6min walk to Roseville village • 15-20 min T1 train to Sydney.
