Rock Wallaby is a modern 2 bedroom townhouse located 8 minutes drive from Canberra City, 3 minutes from Parliament House, 1 minute from three separate eating precincts (Manuka, Kingston & Griffith) and three supermarkets. It is fully furnished with two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, off street car space, pool and gym nearby, coffee maker, Smart TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning and Netflix. An additional fold away bed is available for a nominal fee. Rock Wallaby has it's living area downstairs with toilet and the bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. It overlooks a garden and you have access to an outdoor barbaque, patio and grassed area. The home is modern, well equipped and comfortable. You will have sole access to this home, with a pleasant outdoors space to relax in and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Guest who need to isolate can communicate with me via text and voice. All will be done to assist in meeting your needs. Rock Wallaby is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, yet close to supermarkets and restuarants. It is close to many of Canberra's popular landmarks including Parliament House, the National Gallery, the High Court and the National Library. Bus stops are a short walk away from Rock Wallaby, enabling you to get to the CBD and popular landmarks. Guests have access to 2 uncovered car spaces on a gravel area in front of the accommodation.
