Set in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, the home has an air-conditioned bedroom, WiFi and cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and car parking. Our bright peppy interiors are sure to make you smile. This listing is for a 1 bedroom-hall- kitchen home. The bedroom has a double bed and the hall has a single sofa bed, with which we can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests. The vibrant and pattern-filled interiors of our home will momentarily make you forget the home's urban setting in the heart of Auroville Main Road - enjoy the best of both worlds with excellent location and yet a quiet and peaceful abode. The home has been thoughtfully furnished, keeping in mind the needs of travelers - whether you are staying for a day or for a few months. The decor is calming with leafy prints strewn all over the home and is at the same time snazzy with splashes of colours everywhere. Guests have access to the entire one bedroom apartment and shared terrace on the second floor I like engaging with guests and visit the property almost everyday. I respect your privacy and will not disturb you, but if I bump into you outside the home, I would love to chat and offer you my two cents on things to do during your stay. In any case, I am just a call away and always happy to make your stay as comfortable and cozy as possible. One of my colleagues will handle your check-in. At other times, they will be available on call and can reach the property in no time in case of emergencies. All places of interest in Auroville are easily accessible. There are plenty of places to eat and visit in the neighborhood. The famous Auroville Bakery is 600m away. Bread & Chocolate and Tantos Pizzeria, which are arguably the best restaurants in Auroville, are about 1km away. Sakura Sushi, an amazing cooked sushi bar (with veg and non-veg options) is just around the corner from us. The Auroville Visitor's Center and Matr Mandir are 5km away. The East Coast Road (ECR) is 1km and the Auroville Beach is 1.5km from us and Pondicherry Town is just 6km away. Auroville is a large township spread across 200 acres. While there is scheduled bus service to the Visitor's Center, it is best to rent a motored two-wheeler (Scooty or motorbike) for easy mobility. For those driving down to Auroville, you can use your car to get around. Pondicherry Town is easily accessible by public transport as the bus stop is only 1km away. The main Pondicherry bus terminal is 7km away and you can get to and from there by auto/tuktuk or public bus service.
