House in Balatonakarattya with huge garden

Large two-floor apartment for families and friends with a huge garden, 10 mins walk from the beach A roomy 2 floor holiday house with a huge garden near to the Lake Balaton is for rent for 8 to 10 people at Balatonakarattya. Perfect for families and friends. Dogs and other pets allowed. The house has been built at the late 70's located in a calm and peaceful area surrounded with large trees. It has a parky living room but there is fireplace. The kitchen is fitted with cutlery, glasses, plates, microwave, gas store, refrigerator and a coffee machine. Downstairs there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has one double bedroom (plus trundle bed) and one bedroom with 4 single beds (plus trundle bed) and a bathroom with a tab. The balcony is usually shady. The garden has a cauldron and grilling area. You can use the whole house of course, and the garden as well. The house is on the north side of Lake Balaton near to Siófok (15km), Balatonfűzfő (7km) and Balatonkenese (2km). There is a restaurant and a grocery shop within walking distance. The beach and the fishing spot are also close, about 10min on foot. You can reach our place from Budapest by car or by train. If you come by car, t takes around 1 hour from the city center on the highway M7. By train, it takes 1 and a half hour, and about 10 minutes walk.
