Contemporary home in a lovely village setting

Little Orchard is in a lovely location on the boundary of the village. The house is a contemporary eco design having recently been built by the host. It's light and spacious with vaulted ceiling and bamboo flooring. A wood burning stove will keep you warm during cosy evenings in. There is ample parking on site, with steps leading to decking and the main entrance area. I'm available at short notice by phone or email if you have any questions. Little Orchard, Ponsanooth is conveniently situated between both the north and south coasts. There is a bus stop just at the end of the lane, that can take you many places of interest. Falmouth with its deep natural harbour, sitting on the Fal Estuary, is very accessible. Ponsanooth has its own hidden gem, Kennall Vale Woods, as well as the beautiful Enys Gardens nearby and Bissoe cycle trail if you fancy cycling coast to coast. Ponsanooth has its own post office/shop/off licence and local Inn The Stag Hunt. The Stag Hunt is a delightful family friendly pub offering superb food and ale brewed in the village.
