This Large 5-bedroom property is very tastefully decorated it is sure to suit extended families or anybody that enjoys decadence space. This property has been built with views in mind. Enjoy early morning sunrises, long walks along North Wall or just delve into the riding tracks that lead you all the way to Lennox Head. The old Kiosk area (shaws Bay) is a fantastic spot for a family fun day of swimming, or a leisurely paddle on the boards. Ballina CBD, RSL Bowling clubs and the local shopping centre are all a short walk away. Partake in a counter lunch at the local Shawsy hotel or a morning coffee at the Foreshore cafe just meters down the road. The master-built property is built on three levels, all East facing rooms with stunning views. As you enter the property you will be pleasantly surprised. You will enter the double garage that will accommodates 2 cars. This level also has a landing with clothesline BBQ entertaining area. There is laundry bedroom on this level which supports 2 king single beds. The next level down is where you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, master suite with king bed spa bathroom. There is also the third bedroom which has a tri- bed (double single combination) bathroom. This level also has an outdoor entertaining area. The bottom level has 2 bedrooms, both rooms have king beds that can be separated to king single beds. There is a comfortable lounge area with kitchenette bathroom. This level also has an outdoor sitting area. This property is a 10 min drive from the Ballina /Byron Airport 60 min to the Gold coast international airport or 30 min drive to famous Byron Bay. All bedrooms are comfortable with air-conditioning. Linen and towels are supplied in all of our holiday homes for 14 nights.
