Three Winds Guest House

Our spacious and cozy 2000 sq.ft guest house, is perfect for groups of friends/family, that want to engage in local activities. Summer months include hiking, kayaking, biking, fishing, wine tours, along with local festivals and gatherings. Winter activities include cross-country skiing on the local trails, and downhill skiing at Apex Mtn, just a 45 min drive from Keremeos. Three Winds Guest House is a great get-away spot, just 3½ hrs from Vancouver, 35 min from Penticton, and 30min from Osoyoos. This guest suite is perfect for either two couples wanting an entire place to themselves, or is also suited to small groups of friends or family. Suite has 5 individual bedrooms, each with a queen size beds. The living room has also a fold out couch (to queen size bed) if required and the entertainment of a 65" flat screen TV with Roku and Netflix. The dining table can easily seat 10 people. The apartment is also complete with a large, fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms, the living room, and the dining room, each have separate air conditioning and heat units, for individual comfort. There are two bathrooms, each with a bath and a shower. One bathroom is off off the master suite and one bathroom is in the common area amongst the 4 other bedrooms The entire guest apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. The Village of Keremeos, is in the midst of Similkameen Valley, with an abundance of outdoor activities available year round. Within Keremeos and Cawston, the neighboring town, there are 16 wineries, for the wine tasters in the group as well as fruit-stands, and fresh veggies, throughout the summer and fall months. There are 2 on site parking areas, that are suited to small/ medium sized vehicles. For other requirement, please inquire with the host. Two night minimum stay. $200 pricing per night includes up to 4 adults, with a $30 per person additional charge/ per night above the 4 adults. Per person additional charge is applicable to any person 2 yrs old and up. No additional charge for infants (under 2 yrs old)
