If you come by car, Villa Sunset is located just 2,5 km from Petrovac, 7 km from St.Stefan, 14 km from Budva, 25 km from Kotor, and therefore this Villa is an excellent base for visiting beautiful places in Montenegro. The nearest beach is Perazica Do, about 800m from Villa. The community of Budva is well known as region with long beautiful sandy beaches, also as a place with the best night life and very friendly citizens. The Villa Sunset is about 65 km from Ada Bojana and Ulcinj, the famous old medieval town of pirates, 45 km from Skadar Lake with over 150 old orthodox churches, fine traditional restaurants and very good domestic wines. Sunset Villa is about 200 years old house, reconstructed at 2002. Our neighbors are very friendly and entire village is very peaceful place. You can spend all day swimming in your private pool with a book and music go on the nearest beach Perazica Do just walking down the hill. In the evening you must enjoy in sky full of stars.
