The Thatched House in Stoke Fleming & Sunny Garden

The Thatched House, Devon is in a beautiful village on the south coast. With sea views and a beach within a few minutes walk, it's the perfect holiday location. The house sleeps 6 very comfortably with 3 double bedrooms (1x superking, 1 king size and 1 double) and a large open plan kitchen/ dining room with sofa. There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo in the utility room. The large sofa in the living room is comfortable for 6. With a beautiful little sun trap garden. The house is NEW to AIRBNB 2021! The house is a beautiful 'chocolate box' style thatched cottage. The rooms are generous sizes and the house can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms (1 superking, 1 king size bed and 1 double). The master bedroom has views of the sea and has an ensuite shower room. There is a built in wardrobe and plenty of drawers. The other two bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom, with a shower over the bath. Peloton in master bedroom available by request (at additional cost). Downstairs, the large open plan kitchen and dining area with a small love seat sofa provides comfortable seating for all guests. The kitchen is modern and has a range cooker and large American style fridge freezer with ice. There is also a utility/ boot room with w/c and a washing machine. Within the kitchen, there is also an Apple Mac for guests to use and a bar stool area for working. The cosy living room has a large L shaped sofa and small arm chair. There is a beautiful log burner (show only) and a smart tv. The house has underfloor heating throughout. Outside space: There is also a little sun trap garden that gets the sunshine in the afternoon/ evening and has a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Guests have use of all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Guests will be sent details prior to your stay and a key box is located on the premises. Stoke Fleming is such a pretty village on the outskirts of Dartmouth. You can walk to the beach from the house (very short distance) along a lovely path. The beach is Blackpool Sands and is really popular in the summer months. From the house, you can also walk into Dartmouth and the castle. There's a pub and shop in the village, a children's play area and the campsite is opposite the house. Stoke Fleming has an excellent restaurant which is almost opposite the Thatched House, called Radius 7. There's a bus stop just down from the house and you can get a regular bus straight to the front in Dartmouth, there are buses to other towns too such as Totnes, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. If you get the train from London to Totnes, you could then pick up a bus to the house. The lovely sun trap garden has a dining table for 6 people. The beach is a short beautiful walk from the house.
