! Room 8 is a normal room with a double bed, it is part of a 3-room building with a shared bathroom, shower and 2 toilets! all with a window to the garden! In the garden there is a large kitchen equipped with everything you need and a place with sofas and dining chairs! The garden is 250 meters, with lawn, flowers and 2 swings! We offer free breakfast (Segafredo espresso coffee and croissant! Our house has 7 rooms for rent, on the 1st floor there are 2 rooms with private bathrooms with a common terrace with sofas, tables and sunbeds, rooms 3 and 4 are with private bathrooms and are located on the ground floor, and rooms 6,7 and 8 are facing the garden and have a shared bathroom and shared shower! The distance to the sea is 15-20 minutes walk, the distance to the city center where there are shops and restaurants, pharmacy, taxi, is 5 minutes and 4 km away is the Therapeutic Lake Techirghiol! The distance to Eforie Nord train station is a 10 minute walk! The distance from our home to the sea we walk in 15-20 minutes, to the city center where there are shops and restaurants we walk 5 minutes and to the Techirghiol Therapeutic Lake we walk 20 minutes or we can take a minibus! Minibuses run very often to other tourist resorts and to Constanta, Mamaia! ! You can serve homemade products: medium pizza with Italian products (mozzarella, parmesan, proscciuto, arugula) 35 lei, lemonade with lemon, shock and mint15 lei and tiramisu with mascarpone 20 lei!
