Lotti's House

Lotti's House is a comfortable and spacious old Albany house which has been set up as a real home for guests. There is an extensive library of books, DVD's and CD's and each room has art works many from local artists. The kitchen is well equipped and there is enough crockery, cutlery and glassware for you to throw a dinner party is you desire! The main house: Two queen size bedrooms one with ensuite. Children's room with two single beds and spare mattresses for extras. Quality linen provided for the very comfortable beds. Spa in main bathroom. Bathrobes are provided. Warmth in winter is provided by woodfire - if you would like - or instant gas. All beds have electric blankets and bedrooms have oil heaters for those super cold nights. In summer fans in main bedrooms and living room are there for your comfort on the rare really hot Albany days. Verandahs on three sides of the house provide outside areas for your enjoyment at most times of the year. Guests have access to the whole house and a shared garden. There is parking for two cars. The Apartment: For special occasions and in high season it is possible for an extended group of family and friends to book the apartment. It is a new, modern attached building with privacy screens and verandah that divide it from Lotti's House I am available to assist you with any local knowledge as necessary. Arrangements can be made for serivcing the house during your booking. Lotti's House is in the historic centre of the town. Walking to shops restaurants and bars is a pleasant stroll. I usually live in the apartment next door. Guests can access my assistance if they wish.
