Private, comfortable room suitable for single occupancy. It has a large double bed, small work table, tea and coffee making facilities, tv and ensuite shower. This is a good size double room for single occupancy with an ensuite . It is situated in a detached house in a unique part of Ascot/Sunninghill, walking distance to Sunninghill village and the mainline Ascot station with direct services to Waterloo and Reading serving London and the West country. Easy access to major roads and motorways make it an ideal location for business persons working in the area. You are welcome to enjoy the pleasant, quiet, secluded garden which is surrounded by a small woodland. I am happy for guests to use the large dining table if they need to work . There is plenty of off road parking on the drive. A friendly welcome. Breakfast is not included but I am happy for guests to make use of the kitchen and dining area. Tea and coffee is provided in the room. Sunninghill has a friendly village feel, is close to Ascot and is set in leafy Berkshire . There are plenty of restaurants and pubs serving food, two coffee shops and a superb fish and chip shop in the village as well as two mini supermarkets and a chemist. We are surrounded by plenty of places of interest and good access to a number of motorways . You can escape to the quiet of the Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire countryside, make for the south coast, take a train to the West Country or visit London, Windsor, Reading or Guildford for good shopping, theatre and cinema.Two pubs both serving food, five restaurants, two coffee shops and a superb fish and chip shop. Close to Virginia Water, Savill Gardens, Windsor Great Park, Wentworth and Sunningdale Golf courses , Imperial College, Legoland. For anyone here for work the road and transport access is excellent. For anyone visiting it is equally convenient .The white bus goes to Windsor, mainline trains from Ascot station (I mile away)to London and Reading. London Airport is just 30 minutes by car. From here travelling to the south coast and west country is easy by road, train. or coach. Oxford and Cambridge are an hour away by road . The area has easy access to Heathrow and Gatwick airports the M25 and all major motorways serving south of England and the Midlands. All major tourist attractions, National Trust and English Heritage sites in south of England are within easy reach. I have no pets though, in the past, I have owned a short haired cat.
