Panoramic views of Tasman Bay

This house has stunning elevated views over Tasman Bay. Sit and watch all the ships, fishing boats and yachts going in and out of the harbour. It is in a very quiet location, yet only 5 minutes drive to the beach and CBD. Or if you prefer walking, the town with all of it's boutique shops, pubs and restaurants is 20 minutes or so away. The home is ideal for entertaining, with a large open plan living, dining, sun room and kitchen area with large windows and elevated deck. The house is very cosy and comfortable, mostly double glazed, with electric recliners in the lounge ideal for watching the 70 inch TV featuring Sky and the sports channels. There is a blu ray player and a Chromecast, with everything linked through a surround sound amplifier, which also has Bluetooth connectivity. There is a woodburner in the living room in the unlikely event of it getting a bit chilly. Guests have the full run of the house, the elevated deck, and off road parking in the car port. The house is very central, and yet very peaceful and quiet, with almost no traffic noise. There is an abundance of trees in the garden and surrounding area, with plentiful birdlife. The Wolfe Street Reserve is only 2 minutes walk away, and has large grassy areas and a children's play area. The airport is a 10 minute drive. Abel Tasman National park is just an hour away. There is a fish tank in the living area with lots of guppys and some very shy plecos. There is no need to feed them as there is sufficient food in the tank for them. There is a cat in the vicinity, she is very timid and unlikely to come into the house.
