An American Dream in Spring Hill

Our villa overlooks a golf course in a quiet residential area, away from the main tourist destinations (33 miles North of Tampa and 66 miles West of Orlando) - it is the ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday whilst still within easy driving distance of the main attractions. There is a large (28' x 14') heated swimming pool, a spacious, secluded lanai for outdoor living and an excellent beach just a 15 minute drive away. There is a large pool enclosure (22'x 50') surrounding the pool (14' x 28'). The pool is heated with a heat pump (included in the price)and fitted with a (removable) child safety barrier. The sizable pool enclosure and spacious lanai are ideal for outdoor living. A large modern gas barbecue is available within the pool enclosure. The is a washer, dryer and large sink, and all linen and towels are supplied, including beach towels. Two hairdryers are available. A large lanai abuts the over-sized pool enclosure and plenty of outdoor furniture is available. The entire house, lanai, pool and garden (yard) is exclusively available for our guests We have a local management company who looks after our vacation home on a day-to-day basis . Nearby attractions include Weeki Wachee State Park (home of the Florida Mermaids), Homosassa State Park (home of the Manatees) and an abundance of fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving opportunities. There are also seasonal fairs and festivals. The whole area is wonderful for wild life - sit on the lanai and watch the birds feeding or adventure further afield and see manatees in the wild, alligators and much more. Further afield is Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Cape Canaveral, Hard Rock Casino The international airport at Tampa is just 45 minutes away via the Suncoast Parkway, while the drive to Orlando takes about 90 minutes. A wide variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found within a five or ten minute drive.
