There is a table and 4 chairs for dining inside. There are 2 folding wood chairs in the utility closet for additional seating. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 with a full size bed. All bedrooms have drawers for storage. Extra blankets are available in utility room or in the dressers. 1 bedroom has an attached private shower/bathroom and the other bathroom is tub/shower and in the hall. There is a private entrance to the back bedroom. This house sits off the road with a larger front yard and is not on the lake, but you can see it and access it at Saybrook Township Park. This location is private, and you will need to drive most places. You can walk to Saybrook Township Park which is less than a quarter of a mile down the road.
