Beautiful seaside retreat for 4. Edinburgh 35 mins

A charming 2 bedroom apartment set over 2 floors in a Victorian house. Built in around 1870 the apartment boasts views to the North. A real home away from home you are less than 3 minutes from the beach and the same from Burntisland town centre and its award winning shops. Attention to detail and immaculately clean Perfect for family or small group One bedroom has a king size bed. The other has either king or twin Jamie is a trained bike mechanic and we have bike storage if you need it. You will have access to the whole of the apartment while staying including a small garden. A few things to know: - On the lower floor there is 1 bedroom. There is direct access to the garden from here. - On the upper floor is the main living room (with space for dining), kitchen and a second bedroom. The upper floor also has the family bathroom with full size bath and shower and WC, and a separate shower and WC. - The utility room including washing machine. There is no dryer but you are more than welcome to dry clothes there or in the garden Overall you will feel comfortable in and very spacious traditional home. We have tried to leave everything to make you feel comfortable including books, games, toys and a few extra treats. Please feel free to use the garden as you wish. There is a small paved area, grass for the kids, a BBQ and garden furniture - you have this space to yourselves. If you are lucky please help yourself to any fruit growing. If you do use the BBQ please clean it for the next person. Parking is on the street to the front of the main house (and is free). To access the apartment there is a set of steps with handrail in place. Not wheelchair friendly - sorry. We live in the upper part of the house so available whenever you need us. If we are away we will always ensure you have a contact for any queries 2 minute walk to the beach and reach Edinburgh in 35 minutes on the train, or the country in 5 minutes. Car: There is parking immediately outside the house on the street Trains: Trains go from Burntisland to Edinburgh, Dundee and beyond. They are frequent and inexpensive Bus: There is a bus stop at the end of the street with buses to Inverkeithing, Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy. *Update* We recognise the challenges of the virus Covid-19 so ensure a professional deep clean of 4 hours between guests with full changes of all linen and, wherever possible, gaps between guests.
