Located in a peaceful setting at beautiful Peachester, minutes from Beerwah shopping centre, and railway station. Short drive to the world known Australia Zoo, Caloundra beaches, Maleny, Aussie World, Ewan Maddock Dam mountain bike track, Glasshouse Mountains walking tracks, Ginger Factory, Big Kart, Eumundi Markets, Underwater World, famous Woodford Folk Festival and for those spectacular views from Mary Cairncross Park. There is plenty to see and do on the Sunshine Coast. Peachester Guesthouse There is a strictly no parties policy and any extra people will be asked to leave the premises immediately. This is a home away from home and is catered for families not parties, has everything you need from dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryers and coffee machine just to name a few. We have tried to think of everything based on our travels and B and B experiences. Spacious, well-appointed cool guesthouse with ceiling fans throughout that can accommodate 8 guests in 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious living areas The guesthouse has two separate lockable areas at either end of the house that can accommodate two families of 4. Large modern fully equipped kitchen, laundry, family area, comfortable reading room with books board games and puzzles, games room with ping pong table, TV’s in each area as well as the family area, free Wi-Fi, Netflix and a selection of DVDs. A cot and highchair also available if required. Family area opens out on to a large patio with BBQ and in-ground pool. We are pet friendly on application and there is plenty of off-street parking. Hosts Kathie and Rod are your hosts who will make your stay enjoyable and will provide a continental breakfast or the first 3 days (please advise if any allergies and we will attempt to cater for your requirements eg: gluten intolerant). We live nearby in a separate home on the six-acre property. We have attempted to supply everything so your stay is hassle free. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and the use of the kayak and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, and the use of the kayak may be present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person swimming or using the kayak if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the kayak while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any injuries you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or the use of the kayak. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and the Hosts.
