The Potager : Peaceful Rural Retreat

The Potager is a luxurious self-contained converted barn at Hay Barton. Situated on the beautiful Roseland Peninsular, surrounded by its own land, The Potager is quiet and tranquil and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Potager is in a quiet and peaceful location but not remote, being close to our home and B and B business. There are coastal walks, beaches, famous gardens and good eateries all close by. There is off road parking The Potager has one main door . To one side is the fantastically comfortable 6 foot bed with White Company bedding and linen with a Melin Tregwynt throw . There is a sofa from (Website hidden by Airbnb) and a flat screen TV, table and chairs. The kitchen area has a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, two ring hob, toaster and kettle plus crockery, cutlery and saucepans. The shower room has a large headed shower, wc and basin with lovely toiletries and fluffly White Company towels on a heated towel rail. We live next door and can offer assistance during your stay should you require it. We provide maps for you to use and a local pub list and can give advice on everything during your stay. The Roseland is an beautiful, unspoilt peninsular. There are gardens, coastal walks and beaches. Villages with art galleries. Excellent pubs for eating. St Mawes, Truro, Heligan are all 15 minutes away. From St Mawes there is a foot ferry to Falmouth which runs throughout the year. The Postcode will bring you to Hay Barton. There is a small slate sign at eye level saying HAY BARTON. We are on the left hand side just under a mile from Tregony. The Potager is about 200 yards down the lane, on the right, with its own gravelled parking. The entrance is to the left around the front of the building. There is limited local transport but we would not recommend you stay without a car. We have a tennis court you are welcome to use but as it is also used by the house guests it is worth checking although it is very underused!
