Getaway to Rockwood, Maine with this wonderful newly built ranch. Last camp on a dead end road, so very quiet area. NO PARTYS and a 5 person limit without permission first. This 750sqft all season camp has and a beautiful kitchen and living room. It has a master bedroom with a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has 1 full size and 1 single bed. There is also a full in a pull-out couch in the living room. Both bedrooms and the livingroom have flat screen TVs, all with Netflix, Disney Channel. Perfect for a family of 5 with a fire pit with free camp wood , walking distance to the lake/ public swimming area or public boat launch and room for plenty of parking. This is a very quiet area. Many areas to hike, brook fish, fly fish, boating, snowmobile, and ATV. Walking distance to the Kineo shuttle for access to hike or golf. You will not be disappointed with your stay! We do allow dogs but you MUST KEEP THEM IN YOUR YARD, leach them if you must AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MESS THEY MAKE. Four wheelers can ride to the trails right from the yard. Snowmobile and ice fisherman this home is very close to the lake and snowmobile trail, very easy access for both. Just get on the sleds and go.
