Lavenue 3+1BR Apartment in Pancoran

3BR apartment with 1 maid room (4 bedroom in total), located in Pancoran. The apartment is fairly new, strategic location, close to train station, transjakarta (bus). The building complex has school, office, restaurants and also supermarket (ranch market). My place has 3 bedrooms for family and 1 maid room. It is suitable for family planning to spend the time in Jakarta for short holiday or for work. The place is walking distance to transjakarta (bus system) and 1km away from train station. The apartment building has gym and swimming pool for tenant usage. I dont have free parking though, since the parking facility is using plate number registration and only 1 registered number allowed for each apartment. The apartment is 100m2 space and all are accessible by guest. Access to each apartment floor (lift) is using a card so it is very safe. I am available by phone or email Despite located close to pancoran statue, it is quite once you enter the apartment building complex. There is convinient store, supermarket, restaurant with room delivery, laundrette at basement level. Facility also has swimming pool and gym. Best way is taxi (application based taxi or standard taxi). But if you like to use motorbike taxi, is the best way to beat Jakarta traffic. I don't suggest you bring your own car because parking fee are expensive in Jakarta and also in my apartment. I ask for deposit as in the past, i have lost several items from towel, bed sheets and linen, glasses, utensil, pocket wifi modem etc. It may sound as nothing but if guest only stay for 1 night and i have to replace many things, they add up and become expensive, so i have to replace it using deposit. Deposit will be returned once everything is in place upon check out.
