Updated & modern, this space has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. This one bedroom apartment comes with a new queen mattress & a twin sized day bed in the living room area. The living room is open to the kitchen & has a couch, two chairs, ottoman/coffee table, & sofa table. The neighborhood is only short distance from downtown. You will have the entire apartment to yourself. The apartment is cozy and suited for 1-3 people looking for a private place to stay. A fully stocked kitchen, ample closet space and a spacious bedroom. In the kitchen, there is a table for four to eat, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot & equipped kitchen. You will likely hear footsteps of the main floor tenant. Please keep in mind that someone does live upstairs. You have the entire apartment. There is laundry facilities across the hall from you. As much or as little as you desire. We live & work close by so we can meet you at the location to let you in or just give you a code to enter. Although, we are not on site, we really want to make sure you enjoy your stay. We are always available so please call or text if we can be of assistance. Quaint, walking distance (1 mile) to the downtown area of Massillon, Ohio & Erie Towpath, Great Escape Movie Theater, Massillon Recreation Center, restaurants, brewery, library, grocery stores, park, museum & much more! Conveniently located less than 1.5 mi. from 21 & 7 miles to I77. We are 15 to 20 minutes from the Akron/Canton Airport, Belden Village Mall, Walsh University, Malone University, Stark State College & Kent State-Stark (7 mi.), Mercy Medical Center, Aultman Hospital (5.6 mi.), Hoover Building in North Canton, Pro Football Hall of Fame & Diebold & Timken headquarters. We are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Akron and the University of Akron (all depending on traffic). Just a short 30 minute drive south & you will be in the heart of Amish country. It is certainly worth the trip & will be time well spent! Public Transit (Sarta) is located directly outside of the building on the corner of 16th St. & Lincoln Way. Uber and Lyft (approx $15 to Canton) are readily available in the area as well. Parking is in front of the building. There is additional parking behind the building also.
