Loya's Little House Bed and Breakfast

Our place is close to Iowa State University and 40 miles north of Des Moines. It sits in the scenic Skunk River valley. Our two farms have a total of 5 miles of trails to explore. You’ll love my place because of the landscaped gardens, decks, and patios. By booking the entire house, guests have exclusive access to the house's common living areas. The house has lovely furnishings and original artwork. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Loya's Little House B&B is a rural home that sits just above the Skunk River. The original house was a custom built home in 1957. As the house passed from generation to generation, the "little" house grew to what it is today, a beautiful four bedroom, four bath home with a complete living quarter below where the hosts live. You will not have to compete with the hosts to use the living space, but they are close by to answer questions and assist. The house sits on 12 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, lawns, and trails. Guests can enjoy the four maintained lawns, four patios and decks, woodland and prairie trails, and use the access to the river. The hosts live in the apartment on the bottom level of the house. They are available to help when needed. The property sits in the scenic Skunk River valley. It is only 10 miles north of Ames, Iowa, and Iowa State University and 40 miles north of Des Moines. Guests will experience a beautiful rural setting that is still close to the amenities of a vibrant city. Guests will have to provide their own transportation. The property is easily accessed from Interstate 35. There is plenty of on site parking.
