This is a perfect holidayhome also for two families since the large interior and exterior areas. Spending your time here would probably include a lot of swimming in the pool, great food and hopefully warm sunny weather. Restored ancient house in very nice landscape. Near Agen and with all the standards a family on Vacation need. The house is very privately situated on a hill-top with beautiful southern views over the valley, this means allday sun with the sunset on the corner. The house is very well euipped in terms of accesories and necessities for your stay here. Also, the property contains a huge, restored, barn with large pool in three levels, everything in great condition and in sunny position. The property is aproximately 10 000 sq m with private land and garden, perfect for games and lazy days in the shade. The house has 5 bedrroms, all of them contains two beds each. Large and cozy livingrooms and kitchen with diningarea for 10 persons. There is in total 4 toilettes, 2 showers and one bathtub in the house. You also have access to a nice ping-pong table, cushions and a large setup of sunchairs and umbrellas. A brand new barbeque is available for nice lunches and dinners at the terrace. We will not be in the area and you will enjoy total privacy The area is very calm and quiet with only one neighbour, some 200 meters away from the entrance of the property - very privately located and very nice views over the valley, in south. The house is situated just outside (3 km) of Prayssas, southwest of France. In Prayssas you have a small shop with groceries, bread and nececisitys you might need. Agen is the largest city of the region and situated 15 minutes away from the house. In agen there is a large external retail-area but also a very nice city center with restaurants, bars and pedestrial shopping.
