Close to the centre of Ballarat (8minutes by car) this rural retreat will be sure to please. A modern studio hosting two bedrooms, one with built in robe and tv, bathroom with bath and seperate shower. All modern cooking and living amenities provided in an open planned space, with designer fire place for those cooler nights. Complimented by an amazing outdoor view overlooking trees, grassed area and dam the views will constantly change as you sit by the fire pit enjoying the vista. The property sits on 8.5 acres with access to outdoor spaces including a dam, fire pit and grassed spaces. The property is collocated with the owners property (approximately 100 meters apart), with shared driveway. Despite collocation you will have complete privacy during your stay. You have access to dam, deck over dam, grassed areas and fire pit during your stay. You can roam the 8.5acres at your leisure. We are happy to engage with you via text, email or mobile. For emergencies we can be available in person. Whilst you get the benefits of the peace, quiet and space of a rural location you are only 4km from the nearest supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, fish and chip shop, and golf course. A further 4km and you are in the centre of Ballarat with access to all the amenities of a large regional town including access to the train station. The best way to get around is via car. However if you catch the train from Melbourne there are Uber and taxi services readily available. Further to this their are good bike tracks and paths that can be used to get around.
