This apartment has be remodeled to the highest standards. There is a queen bed in bedroom 1. A king single bed in bedroom 2 and another king single in bedroom 3. We have added new carpet, blinds, lighting, new furniture and a new bathroom complete with a washing up area for dishes. Now a up market 3 bedroom apartment with your own entrance, comfy beds, off street parking & wifi. Located in a quiet Street 3kms from Picton. We have 2 little dogs and 1 friendly cat whom love to welcome guests. This is upmarket accommodation in a beautiful quiet street with a view that looks out onto and has easy walking access to one of Picton's beautiful hiking tracks called the Snout. There is 3 separate bedrooms, a large bathroom, Microwave, tea & coffee, dinning/lounge area within the apartment. Available is a BBQ if you'd like a genuine Kiwi experience. (available in summer only). A peaceful and tranquil backyard area is also there to enjoy. Guests have their own private access. We are happy to give guests some great information regarding hikes, walks, cafes, wine tours and other activities in the area. Situated at the end of the street we offer a peaceful and relaxing stay. Pick up and drop off from Picton provided if by prior arrangement at a small cost. We are within easy walking distance of Waikawa marina via road or walking/mountain bike track with fantastic views of the sounds which can be if you choose from Waikawa Yacht club or Jolly Roger bar and restaurant. There is a 10% discount offered by the Jolly Roger off an evening meal.
