Country house at walking distance from a village

Very peaceful farmhouse at walking distance from a village, with shops, cafe/bar and restaurants. Despite of the central location, the neighborhood doesn't interfere with its privacy. The ancient farmhouse had been very tastefully converted into a nice 2 floors house. In the ground floor there is an entrance/hall with a comfortable double sofa bed. Form the hall there is access to the well equipped kitchen/living room, with fireplace table, chairs seating up to 6 people, armchairs, sat tv. At the first floor there is a tiny studio with a single sofa bed, the bathroom with shower, the double bedroom with terrace. The outside is very pretty: a table seating 6 people is located under the covered patio, for ideal 'al fresco' dining, opening into the huge and safe garden, with trees, plants and the beautiful swimming pool. A built-in bbq refines the beauty of this area. The entire properties very safe: it is fenced and only a gate gives the access to it
