Private/secluded and self contained retreat

The apartment/studio is located at the rear of Mulberry Barn, adjoined by a large double garage. It’s self contained and extremely quiet and has views over fields and our garden. Our home is set in 3 acres and in a rural setting. The bedroom is located on a mezzanine(low ceiling so not great for tall people) and has a Paddle/space savings stairs. Private outside eating area, secluded and wonderfully peaceful. Electric gate and security cameras. We have two dogs and one cat, all very friendly Please note this Flat/Annex has a paddle (space saving) staircase which has a steep incline (see photos) It's private and self contained. It's light and airy with immediate access outside into the garden. Outside there's a small sitting area with a table and 2 chairs. Guests are welcomed to explore the large garden. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of utensils and crockery. Me or Paul will be here to greet visitors. Please ring the bell on the entrance gate. A code for the gate will be given for the duration of each guests stay. Someone will be available to help or assist during each guests stay. 5 Miles from Diss. Fantastic village shop nearby which opens until 9 pm Half an hour from Norwich. 40 Minutes from Southwold and the coast. We have another home here, conveniently located 3 mins from the town centre. Please see our other listing for details. A fantastic country pub, The Half Moon is only a 10 minutes walk from the house. The Fox and Goose restaurant in Fressingfield is highly recommended and only 15 minutes drive. Booking recommended as it really popular. There is ample parking parking at Mulberry Barn. Guests arriving buy train should allow a 10 minute taxi ride from Diss station. Price is around £15 one way. Trains run from London Liverpool Street station and takes approximately 1 hour 50 mins.
